The Story

Late 1999 I discovered how much I love playing drums, and in 2000 I started taking lessons at Music’Scool Waalwijk with teacher Roan Segers. He taught me to be an allround drummer and play as much styles as possible. Currently my main styles are rock and metal, but i am also a performer in folk, pop and blues.

The first bands i seriously worked with are Volbeat Tribute (current name ‘for evight: a volbeat tribute’) and Blacksteen (a Tribute to Yngwie Malmsteen, Rainbow and Deep Purple). In those bands i performed on stages through The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. A few names of Clubs: Mezz Breda, Effenaar Eindhoven, Stoba Echt, De Boerderij Zoetermeer, Biebob Vosselaar.

My current work is with “Phoenix Rockband”, and with “Theigns And Thralls”. With both I travel internationally for shows.

Next to my performances on liveshows with my main bands I am also doing replacement jobs, Teaching (at Music’scool Waalwijk), and producing new songs.
